Teaming & Partnerships

Let's Build Something Together

Clear Fusion Solutions actively seeks teaming partners who bring specialized capabilities, certifications, or past performance that strengthen our competitive position. We believe the best federal contracts are won — and delivered — by the right team.

How We Team

Flexible Structures for the Right Opportunity

Prime / Sub Arrangements

Clear Fusion Solutions serves as the prime contractor and brings in qualified subcontractors to fill capability gaps or meet socioeconomic requirements. We manage the prime relationship and ensure subs are paid promptly and treated as true partners.

Joint Ventures

For larger IDIQ vehicles or set-aside opportunities, we are open to exploring joint venture structures that combine our multi-sector capabilities with a partner's past performance or certifications.

Mentor-Protégé

We are actively exploring SBA Mentor-Protégé relationships that can accelerate our growth and expand our competitive reach into larger contract vehicles.

Partner Criteria

What We Look For in a Partner

We're not looking for a name on a form — we're looking for partners who are serious about performance and bring something real to the table. Here's what makes a strong teaming candidate for Clear Fusion Solutions.

Complementary NAICS codes in IT, hospitality, or professional services

Small business certifications — 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, or SDB

Relevant federal past performance in your area of expertise

Commitment to compliance, quality delivery, and timely reporting

Cleared personnel or the ability to obtain clearances as needed

Geographic presence in regions where we are pursuing work

Our Commitment

What You Can Expect From Us

01

Transparent Communication

We keep teaming partners informed at every stage — from bid decision to award to task order execution. No surprises.

02

Prompt Payment

We commit to paying subcontractors within the FAR-required timeframes and aim to exceed that standard wherever possible.

03

Shared Opportunity Pipeline

Partners in our teaming network get early visibility into opportunities where their capabilities are a fit.

04

Long-Term Relationships

We build teaming relationships for the long haul — not just for a single bid. If we win together, we grow together.
